ح	حنان اللحياني on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يعطيك العافيه كوتش امون الصراحة قد ماشكرك فانا مقصره من يوم بدأت ف خطوه رشاقه ذهبي انا التزمت بالنظام العذاي وتمارين و خصوصا بعد عدد عمليات غير كل شي فيني والحمدالله تعلمت منك الوجبات صح وصرت احسب السعرات و تعلمت اترك عادات غير صحيه مثل المعجنات والحلا والحمدالله لأمانه جربت كثير انظمه ودخلت نوادي وانزل وارجع بسرعه ولكن الحمدالله مع خطوه رشاقه وكوتش امون شي ثاني وصار كل سهل وسلس تعلمت أشياء ما تعلمتها من قبل مثل التمارين وكيف اقدر أتغلب ونجحت وصلت الوزن المثالي والحمدالله شكرا لك اتمني رسالتي تكون بدايه انتصار لوحده منكم وفيكم وكل من شافني وشاف رشاقتي أقول انافخوره بنادينا خطوه رشاقه. ذهبي ??
