Personal training is very excellent I have injuries have been trained on exercises fit my situation with Coach Manar and teams with me during 10 days began to feel better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النادي جدا سيئ مافيه احترام للناس الي ماتحب تسمع اغاني ولا الي تنزعج يفتحون لك سماعتين فوق وتحت والله اني اصدع ولافيه اجهزه العضلات الا كم واحد محدود ومكرر مافيه الا حمام واحد!!! والكل يستخدمو عادي جدا تجين ويلغون كل الكلاسات ولاتروحين عشان كلاس وتتفاجئين ملغي وشفتات الليل مره جيت ٦ مافيه لامدربة ولا شي ولاكلاس جدااا سيئ وفيه نواقص مرا كثيرررررر لو فيه تحت النجمة حطيت
The club is very bad, there is no respect for people who do not like to listen to songs or who are not upset, they open two headphones for you above and below, I swear to God that I crack and there are no muscle devices except for one limited and repeated, there is only one bathroom!!! Everyone uses a very normal one, you come and cancel all the classes and do not go because the class is canceled and you are surprised that the night has been canceled and the night has passed. Once I came 6, there is no trainer or anything, and the class is very bad and has shortcomings, many times if it is under the star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماانصح اي احد يورط نفسه ويخسر فلوسه في دا النادي والله على مااقول شهيد. مافي اي مصداقيه ويطلبوا من المشتركات يكتبوا تعليقات ايجابيه في قوقل عشان يجذبوا مشتركات اكتر والعائد انه يزودولهم مده اشتراكهم مجانا. يعني حتى اللي مكتوب في قوقل مو صح. اشتركت السنه بتقريبا ٣ الاف ونص ريال على اساس انه كل الخدمات مقدمه حتى القسم المائي، ولهم اكثر من سنتين مافتحوه ودحين يقولوا اساسا ماعندنا قسم مائي، مع انه في العقد اللي وقعته مكتوب من ضمن اشتراكي قسم مائي. والمصيبه انه مايرضوا يعطونا صوره من العقد ولما اطالبهم بصورة العقد يقولوا ماعندنا اصلا عقود. جحدوا كل شي وفلوسنا ضاعت عالفاضي. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
نصيحة حتى لو حابين تشتركوا اطلبوا صوره من العقد عشان تضمنوا حقكم
اللي نفس مشكلتي اتواصلوا معايا عشان نوصل صوتنا لوزارة الرياضه ويحاسبوهم عالتلاعب دا انه يدعوا يقدموا خدمات وهيا اساسا مو موجوده عندهم

I mean, even what is written in Google is not true. The year I subscribed for approximately 3 thousand and a half riyals on the basis that all services are provided to the water section, and they have not opened it for more than two years, and when they say basically we do not have a water section, although in the contract that I signed is written within my subscription to a water section. The problem is that they do not agree to give us a copy of the contract, and when I ask them to copy the contract, they say we do not have contracts at all. Jahdo everything and our money wasted Alvadi. Allah is my suffice, and the best deputy
Advice, even if you want to participate, ask for a copy of the contract to guarantee your right

ما حبيتو وندمت اني اشتركت والسلبيات كثير لو اقول محا اخلص . مافي نظافه بشكل دوري على الاجهزه والادوات ..
و المدربات للاسف بعضهم ماعندهم معلومات صح ولو تسوو التمارين غلط ما يصححو لكم . ومافي اخصائيه تغذيه . والجدول الغذائي عباره عن انو يقولو لك حاولي تاكلي اكل صحي وتشربي مويه كثير طيب وين الجدول في الموضوع!!

Unfortunately, some of the trainers do not have correct information, and if you do the exercises wrong, they will not correct you. And no nutritionist. And the food table is that they tell you to try to eat healthy food and drink a lot of water. Ok, where is the table in this matter!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النادي كويس والاجهزة كمان مع انو الديكور شويه كانه قاعه افراح ابدا مو ديكور نادي، لكن خرجت منه لانه مافيه حمام للاستحمام !
يعني مو منطقي شخص يلعب رياضه ويعرق اكيد ياخذ دش سريع ويطلع بالذات اننا نلبس عبايات يعني احس ابدا ما اهتموا بهذي النقطه ولمن سألتها فيه ولا مافي سوت نفسها مصدومه اني اسأل ومع انو كل اندية العالم الطبيعيه تحط حمامات استحمام !
