★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is really bad!!! Because of the manager!!!! The Manager said he can’t give me service!!!!!!!! For no reason!!!!! Nepali guy was a really nice person. But the manager is not!!!! Not good at all!!!! I will not recommend this place at Alll!!!! I swear!!!! I will not!!!!
It’s the first time in my four years stay here in riyadh that i experienced something like this.
First of all, you’re an established coffee shop, you’re in the hospitality industry, and in order for you to have good feedback, you need to do good service to your guests.
I’m working in a VIP restaurant here in riyadh and i know how the hospitality industry works.
The first and most important thing that you need to learn is to be hospitable and be accommodating.
But you guys failed to do so. It’s a shame.
