★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزت بوفيه كامل مع الطاولات والكراسي عن طريق الواتس اب بدون حضور شخصي للمطعم بسهولة تامة وتعامل ممتاز من الاخت المشرفة عبر الواتس اب ، الطاولات والكراسي شكلها جدًا جميل والاكل راهي ولذيذ الضيوف مدحوه كثير ، المشكلة اللي ماجت على البال اني طلبت بوفيه ل٢٠ شخص فكانوا حاطين بالضبط ٢٠ صحن فكان الضيوف عددهم اكثر ومافيه صحون تكفيهم مع ان البوفيه كان يكفي الى ٤٠ شخص

المطبخ طبخه للرز وللحم لايعلى عليه اما عن الاداره تعامل الاستقبال سيا للغايه أيضا فيه زياده في الأسعار نسبة 20% عن المطابخ الثانيه

ودقيق
لكن بيوم العيد طلبت ان الطلب يخلص بعد الاذان ب١٠٠ دقيقه وكلم الاداره ووافقو لي واكدت عليهم ان الوقت عندي مهم جدا
ارسلت السواق قبل الموعد ب٤٠ دقيقه زيادة حرص
ولكن الطلب تاخر اكثر من ساعة من الموعد المتفق عليه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماحدث يوم العيد يجعلني أقيمه بسيء جدًا، تجربة لن تتكرر بإذن الله، وهذه آخر مرة أزور هذا المطبخ.. وسبب ماحدث أخذ حجوزات بأكثر من طاقة المطبخ.. لايستحق الزيارة ولا التجربة من وجهة نظري، لأن أيام الذروة تبين لك الوجه الحقيقي للخدمة.
كذلك الطعم لم يكن جيدًا والأكل بارد .. وكل هذا حدث مع زيادة للأسعار عن المعتاد .
What happened on the day of Eid makes me evaluate it very badly, an experience that will not be repeated, God willing, and this is the last time I visit this kitchen.. The reason for what happened is that reservations are taken with more than the capacity of the kitchen.. It is not worth the visit nor the experience from my point of view, because peak days show you the true face of the service.
Also the taste was not good and the food was cold.. and all this happened with an increase in prices than usual.

أولاً : التواصل صعب ومشتت ومع اكثر من شخص وليلة المناسبة احدهم قال لنا مافيه حجز بإسمكم حتى عطيته ايصال الحواله يعني لو مااكدت عليهم ليلة المناسبة كان توهقنا
ثانياً : قالوا مافيه توصيل يعني كيف انا استلم بوادي !!!
ثالثاً : الطبخ لذيذ واللحم متحمر لكن الشكل مو محشوم أبداً المكسرات قليل كنها شحاذه ومافيه اي خضروات والمعكرونه كنه رشة ملح
اتمنى الرقي بالخدمة والمستوى المحافظة عليها
