★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My God I’m shocked by how unprofessional they are. Only one service center in Riyadh for periodic maintenance? Like that’s beyond ridiculous! Oil change takes one full day and they asked me to come next day even though I arrived at 10:00 am. A lot of people waiting in the queue and took them 45mins to call my number. No place to park your car outside upon arrival (only if you get very lucky). This is my first visit and first scheduled maintenance and I’m already regretting buying a service package from this dealer. The absolute worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always maintain my car at Naghi BMW . Dhabab center offers good quick service however last two visit was below expectations ( both at khurais and Dhabab center. Besides complaints with regards to waiting time and reporting issues. I was so disappointed that they didn't fill out the washer fluid! So sad because it should be 101 Maintinance!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer experience could be way better, when a client book an appointment he has to be prioritized.. center capacity its very disappointing when a lot of cars supposed to be fixed & it doesn’t represent BMW heritage at all! To be fair: Abdulaziz Alenzi was professional. Otherwise overall experience was a disaster!!! If anyone have the chance to avoid the 80% unprofessionalism i faced, dont hesitate to fix your car somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish google had minus ranking. After visiting BMW service at Dabab now i got strong believe on google's ranking. BMW guys performed exactly in-line with google's ranking. It was a worst experience. The staff does not want to work and help the customer's. Would you believe the staff was recommending me to go out and fix the car from outside workshop and why to waste money at BMW. There were scaring me that the bill will be high and no guarantee of how much time it will take to fix the air conditioner. They tried every effort to not take up the AC issue of my car. They are really spoiling the name of of BMW and MYNM. Terrible Terrible experience. Worst experience.
