طبعاً تم وضع نجمه حتى يمكن لي كتابة التعليق فقط ولا اعتقد انه يستحق التقييم
احب ان انقل تجربتي السيئة لكم مع براند ميلانو
للأسف كما هو واضح بالصور كيف اعزكم الله اسفل الحذاء كيف هو متفتت وايضاً فيه شروخات كثيره لايمكن ان تحصل بأي حذاء حتى لو كان قيمته ٣٠ ريال ولكن عندما تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء صدمت بردهم انهم لايستطيعون مساعدتي وعذرهم بذلك ان البضاعه لها ٦ شهور ولكن عندما افدتهم بأن هذا ليس ذنبي ولكن فرعكم تم اغلاقه خلال ال٦ الشهور ولكنه لم يأخذ ذلك بعين الأعتبار.
اخيراً ومن تجربة شخصية لاانصح بالتبضع من هذا المحل لعدة اسباب
اولا/ البراند فقد ميزة المواصفات الجيده وذلك واضح بالصور
ثانيا/ عند حدوث اي مشكله لن تحصل على اي مساعدة او تجاوب من خدمات العملاء.
حيث افاد بعد شرح المشكله بأنه لايملك اي قرار والأدارة من تملك ذلك .اذن لاحاجة للتواصل معكم!!!

I would like to pass on my bad experience with Brand Milano to you
Unfortunately, as it is clear in the pictures, how God comforted you. The bottom of the shoe is how it is crumbly, and there are many cracks in it. You cannot get any shoes, even if their value is 30 riyals. But when I contacted customer service, I was shocked by their response that they could not help me, and they excused them that the goods are 6 months old, but when I told them that This is not my fault, but your branch was closed during the 6 months, but it did not take this into account.
Finally, from personal experience, I do not recommend shopping from this store for several reasons
First, the brand has lost the advantage of good specifications, and that is clear in the pictures
Secondly, when any problem occurs, you will not get any help or response from customer services.
