★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خرب مكيف المجلس والي بالمناسبة ما استخدمناه الا قليل (كان مخلين المجلس مستودع) وبعد معاناة وشد ورخا مع الصيانة تبين انه الكمبرسسور خربان، ويبوني أصلحه على حسابي بحجة انه سلمني الشقة مافيها مشاكل. على الرغم انه من المنطقي اشتري مكيف جديد بنفس تكلفة تصليح الكمبرسسور. يبون يلبسوني المشكلة. باي حق؟ ليش ما يكون المكيف على اخر عمره يوم سلمتوني الشقة، ليش ما تكون مناصفة بين المستأجر والمالك. كما قلت لا انصح بهذه الشركة نهائياً ابعدوا عنها.
Highly not recommend, most of their buildings or not new (kinda old). They charge a lot for a bad service. Their maintenance don’t respond fast. Most of the appliances are old (at least my apartment) and when the AC broke down they wanted to charge me full price to fix it. Even though it is common knowledge the tenant pays half and the landlord the other half. Like I said, highly not recommend.
Ruined the air board and to the way we use it only a few (the Council Mkhlin warehouse) and after suffering tight and with maintenance Rakha turned out to be Alkimberssor Khrban, and fix it on my Aboni grounds that he gave me the apartment Mavera problems. Although it makes sense to buy a new air conditioner at the same cost as repairing the compressor. Ebon wear me the problem. Bai right? Why not be the conditioner on the last age on the apartment delivered me, why not be shared between the tenant and the owner. As I said, I do not recommend this company for good.
