★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a good gym, spacious and well maintained. There's an entertainment section and a free massage room. They could do a better job in the weights area, especially the dumbbells, they're a mess.

A time is truly well spent when you spend it for yourself/your health.
"My Health" a Heavily equipped gym. With professional trainers and much more machines. Plus point is its clean and neath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a great gym. Im a member here for al most 3 years and every time im renewing my membership ahmed helmy always provides a great offers.
Secondly the trainers all of the trainers are good and helping everyone but my favorite is coach ibrahim from moroco he changed my physique and I learned a lot from him.
3rd the staff very nice and always available if you need anything or any assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the best gym for so many reasons, they have separate sections for each exercise. The pool is the best and the maintenance is top notch. They have both Hot and Cold Jacuzzi. A play area for football and separate room for Sauna and Steam. Also Showers with shampoo and body wash with hot water running all the time.
Last but not the least the price is affordable and they do offers time to time.
