Wish they introduce a cheaper morning fee similar to AMC, and loyalty programme to gif a ticket for every 10 tickets or so

They have proven their bad behavior in everything related to customer service, and you can imagine that they ask us for ID cards to make sure of the ages to enter the movie from not entering it. Not only that, but they prevent entry if there is a person younger age to watch the movie, and this happened with us, and compensation with an appropriate movie at a time that suits them, regardless of which seat it is. And if the reservation was online, the compensation would be financial by claiming it online because, according to what they told us, the staff is completely different from them.
