★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أول زيارة لي لـ Muvi كانت يوم الجمعة 13-5-2022، وللأسف زرت أكبر سينما
لكن التجربة جداً سيئة، للأسباب التالية:
1- ما كان موجود أكياس تشيل الأغراض معاك.
2- السُلم الكهربائي كان متعطل بعد نهاية الفلم وتحتاج تمشي مسافة للنزول.
3- لما جينا نحجز تذاكر تعطل النظام ??♂️ وطلعنا نتمشى في البوليفارد ونجرب نحجز من التطبيق لكن برضوا كان متعطل النظام قُرابة 20 دقيقة الى نصف ساعة.
بالنسبة لي تجربة غير مُوفقة وفي ظل وجود خيارات أُخرى أكيد راح أتجه لها ??
My first visit to Muvi was on Friday 13-5-2022, and unfortunately I visited the biggest cinema
But the experience is very bad, for the following reasons:
1- There were no bags for carrying items with you.
2- The escalator was broken after the end of the movie and you need to walk some distance to get down.
3- When we booked tickets, the system crashed ?? ♂️ and we walked down the boulevard and tried to book from the app, but they were satisfied that the system was down for about 20 minutes to half an hour.
For me, an unsuccessful experience, and in the presence of other options, I will definitely go for it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking, you have to park at the main entrance, then take a golf car that you have to pay for SAR 20 per person each way in addition to paying for the parking. The time wasted and money for things that are not in your control are not acceptable to say the least! Never coming back. Thank you for upsetting my family on Friday! That is exactly what we expected when we bought VIP tickets.

Talked with staff for a possible support in getting a next screening.
Got a response of a screenshot of rules(tough luck ??)
btw this is for a two suits ticket (310 sar)
never going to muvi again
