لا تسترخص و بعدين تدخل في صيانات و مشاكل
شغلهم رائع و مضمون و جودته عالية
و فرق السعر عن الشغل التعبان بسيطة
انصح بالتعامل معهم

يااخوان المحل للاسف ماانصح فيه للاسباب الاتيه
١- مواعيدهم سيئه للغايه ولا هناك التزام بالمواعيد
تعاملت معهم لتركيب ساتر والله تاخروا على وتركوا الموقع اكثر من عشرين يوم معلق واحرجت مع ضيوفي .
٢- لايتقيدون بالضمان ، والتلاعب للاسف وارد عندهم
ركبت عندهم ساتر للفله كامله مع مظلات بقيمه اكثر من ٧٠,٠٠٠ وبعد فتره بسيطه تشطب الساتر وتشقق وعندما طالبتهم بالضمان تماطلوا معاي اشهر واحرجت مع ضيوفي نظرا لتساقط الساتر على الارض وتشويه المنظر وبعد المطالبه والمماطله طلبو مبلغ قيمه الفك للقديم والتركيب للجديد اكثر من ٥٠٠٠ ريال ، (الضمان ماادري على ايش)
٣- عدم الالتزام بالتركيب الجيد
حيث انهم يتركون توبات الحديد دون غلق مما يودي الى صدأ الحديد وتلون الجدار (تلف بويه السور )بعد هطول الامطار بسبب جريان الماء مع الصدأ .
٤ - عدم تعاون الاداره والمسؤلين بالمؤسسه في حل مشكلات العملاء
٥- وجود فريق واحد لتركيب السواتر فقط
مما يودي الى تعطيل وتاخير العمل لديهم .
٦- عند التعامل معهم نصيحه سجلوا جميع مواصفاتكم على الفاتورة وخصوصا (كمية الامتار والضمان )حتى لاتضيع حقوقكم .

I dealt with them to install a cover and God was late for me and left the site for more than twenty days on hold and embarrassed with my guests.
2- They are not bound by the guarantee, and manipulation is unfortunately possible for them
I installed a curtain for the whole fella with umbrellas with a value of more than 70,000, and after a short period the curtain was crossed and cracked, and when I asked them for security, they procrastinated with me months and embarrassed with my guests due to the fall of the embankment on the ground and distorted the scene, and after the demand and delay, they asked for an amount of the value of the jaw for the old and installation of the new more than 5,000 riyals, (I do not know the warranty)
3- Not committing to a good installation
As they leave the iron repairs without closing, which leads to iron rust and the coloration of the wall (damaged by the fence of the fence) after the rain due to running water with rust.
4 - Non-cooperation of the administration and the institution's officials in solving customer problems
5- There is only one team to install the mounds
Which leads to disruption and delay work for them.
6- When dealing with them with advice, write all your specifications on the bill, especially (the amount of meters and the guarantee) so that your rights are not lost.
