I had a problem with iPhone screen and they replaced it with a very poor quality screen that they claimed it will be an identical copy from the original one.. Upon many follow up calls they simple try not answer nor to return back my money..
متجر لا انصح احد بالتعامل معاه فيما يخص الصيانة.. كان عندى مشكلة شاشه في iPhone وتم تركيب شاشة رديئة بكل معنى الكلمة وعلى اساس انها ممتازه.. وحاولت التواصل معاهم كذا مره وابلاغهم وفي كل مره يتهربو من استرداد الشاشة وتحصيل المبلغ المدفوع.. اسلوب ومصداقية صفر..

A store that I do not advise anyone to deal with regarding maintenance.. I had a screen problem in the iPhone and a bad screen was installed in every sense of the word and on the basis that it was excellent.. I tried to communicate with them such and such times and inform them and each time they evaded recovering the screen and collecting the amount paid.. Style and credibility zero..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل ريحته دخان و الموظفه مالها حيل تشرح ومالها نفس تقوم من مكانها بس تأشر بأصبعها ،، لا وبعد تقول الجوال اسعار جمله وفرق عن برا ١٠٠ او ٢٠٠ وش هالنصب في جرير الايفون ١٣ برو ٤٦٩٩ ١٢٨ قيقا
وعندهم تقول ٤٩٠٠ وش هالنصب !!!

One of the best shops in thermal packaging, warranty and quality of products they have and the treatment of the staff is the best, frankly, I advise dealing with them with everything in terms of quality and handling ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه اسوء تجربه لي مع المتاجر الالكترونيه ادق عليهم من الساعه ١٠ الصباح واتواصل معاهم على الواتس ولا حياة لمن تنادي اشتريت منتج من عندهم وتسليمه ما يحتاج شحن مجرد يعطيني الكود او يرسله على الايميل ولكن ما ادري ويش اسمي التجاهل هاذا بعد ما سحبو الفلوس ما عاد ردو علي شي يقهر والله حتى النجمه واجد عليكم لكن تم رفع بلاغ تجاري وراح يجيكم من يخالفكم
