للاسف طلبت مكرونه بشاميل وسألت العامل قال توها اليوم ولما وصلت البيت وحطيناها مع الاكل لقيناها معفنه والله ما اكلها احد والسنبوسة جيدة بس فاضية ما فيها شي كلمتهم قالوا اللحم غالي قلت طيب انا طالب خضار ونفس الشي فاضية ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مطبخ جميل وفيه عدة اصناف من طبخ البيت والاسر المنتجه. ولكن أتمنى أن يتم إستيعاب عدد أكبر قدر ممكن من المعجنات والاكلات الخاصة بالأسر المنتجة وخاصةً خلية النحل وورق العنب وتشجيعهن على ذلك وان يعود المكان كما عهدناه سابقاً من شتى الأصناف وألذ المأكولات.
والشكر الجزيل للموظف علاء على تواضعه واخلاقه.
A beautiful kitchen with several types of home cooking and productive families. But I hope that the largest possible number of pastries and food for the producing families, especially the beehive and grape leaves, will be accommodated and encouraged to do so, and that the place will return as we used to before, with various types and delicious food.
