رز وافي ولذيذ، لا فيه دهن ولا هو ناشف.. نثري وزن وطعم.. والصحن عليه خضار ذايبة وكشنة وشي يبيض الوجه..
اللحم تبيه أحمر تبيه أبيض مضبووووط

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه اختلف طبخه عن اول مره ، نقدني في الضيوف وطبخ الذبيحه بزياده الين تفصخ اللحم عن الضلوع ولا عنده توصيل يتعذر يقول عندي زحمه تجي تاخذ العشاء الا العمال فاضين وين الزحمه انا ثاني مره اطبخ عنده وهي الاخيره باذن الله
Honestly, his cooking differed from the first time, he criticized me in the guests and cooked the sacrifice with more yen. The meat broke off the ribs and he had no delivery. I cannot say I have a crowd that comes to take dinner but the workers are running. Where is the crowd?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دايم مااتعداهم للي يبي طبخ مسلوق والصراحة اسعار وجودة وإذا وصيتهم احرصوا أكثر قلت لهم عشاي بعيد مكانه وقصدروه أكثر من مره وغطوه يستحق عشرين نجمه

بعد تجربة عدة مطابخ صار هذا خياري الأول والأخير إن شاء الله ..
وبعد الحديث مع صاحب المطعم تبيّن أنه جمع هذا الفنّ والذوق لخبرة دامت قرابة 40 سنة -ماشاء الله-
