اليوم ٢٠١٩/٧/٢٤ م طلبت غداء نصف تيس مندي من مطبخ ومندي الرياض في خميس مشيط بمبلغ ٤٠٠ ريال
فتبين ان طبخهم لنصف تيس مندي سيء للغاية جميع اللحم الذي تم طبخه مثل العصبة او اشد لا تستطيع قطع اللحمة بيدك سواء من لحمة الصدر او اليد او الفخذ او الظهر او اي جزء من اللحم بسهولة ما تقطعه الا بسكين
فكان بودي قال لي المبلغ ٥٠٠ ريال ويعطيني طبخ ممتاز اهون علي من ان يأخذ ٤٠٠ ريال وطبخه سيء
فالمبلغ ما يهمني قدر ما يهمني الطبخ الممتاز
ومن باب العدل طبخه للرز ممتاز
لكن غالب الناس يهمها طبخ اللحم اكثر من طبخ الرز لانه مافيه احد يشتكي من طبخ الرز الا النادر جدا
ولو كان بيدي اعطي التقييم ناقص خمسة نجوم لأعطيته ونجمه كثيرة عليه ( تخق عليه )
صحيح ان له أربعين سنة في طبخ المندي ولكن القدم لا يدل دائما على جودة الطبخ
ورائي الأخير لاحد يقبل عليه ولا يطلب منه مندي
