★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فشلوني في العيد طبخت عندهم اول ايام العيد اخر العشا ٣ ساعات وكان جاب لي طبخة والله الناس تكل وتقلي ايش الطبخ دا والله استحيت ارد لهم حسبي الله
They failed me on Eid, I cooked for them on the first day of Eid, at the end of the dinner, for 3 hours, and they brought me a recipe, and I swear to God, people eat and fry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زبونهم طول السنة و لما احتجتهم الحين في العيد فشلوني مع ضيوفي لما كلمته قبل المغرب قال لي تعال ١٢ يكون وقتها خرج من الحفرة و لما وصلت قبل ١٢ ألقاه بارد و له اقل شي ساعتين خرج و الرز طول السنة أصفر حضرمي و لما حجزت سألته هل متوفر الأصفر قال نعم متوفر و لما أستلمت ألقاه أبيض و يستعبط الهندي يقول ما عندهم رز أصفر ، رفعوا الأسعار في العيد عشان يستغلون زحمة الناس و لكن الشغل كان سيئ ، في الزحمة و المواسم يبان المطبخ القوي و الخبرة من المطبخ الغشيم و عديم الخبره ، اخر مرة اتعامل معهم
