★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاننصح بالتعامل معهم مطلقا .. ليس عندهم اية مصداقيه في المواعيد ومماطله للعميل والتركيب عندهم غير مكتمل واسعارهم مرتفعه مقارنه بغيرهم

اولا كان استقبالهم جدا ممتاز وطلعوا اخذوا المقاسات
وتم التصميم وللاسف دفعت المبلغ كامل من البدايه
وكان الاتفاق بالعقد ان التركيب خلال 37 يوم
راحت ال 37 يوم ولا حس ولا خبر
اتصل مافي احد يرد يومين ويرد علي الموظف انه سيتم التواصل معي قريبا ( طبعا التعامل تغير )
المهم وصلوا بعد 45 يوم ووركبوا الخزائن وولأسف صار فيه خطا بالمقاسات وركبوا فقط جهه وخبروني انه سيتم التعديل وخلال اسبوع سيتم التركيب ،، ومر شهر ولا حس ولا خبر
للاسف غير متعاونين والتعامل جداسيئ اضطريت اشتكي لوزاره التجاره وللحمد تجاوبوا معي وركبوا الخزانه
بعد التركيب صار فيه مشكله في الهيدروليك تبع باب السحب للاسف الجوده جدا سيئه
ورفعت بلاغ صيانه والله العظيم ان تعاملهم جدا سيئ
ومماطله وكذب ولافيه مصداقيه
ونفس الوضع رفعت شكوى لوزاره التجاره
وتم وصول الصيانه وصلحوا العطل
وبرضوا بعد شهرين رجع الخراب مثل اول الهيدروليك يخرب !!! وللاسف اشتكيت لوزاره التجاره بعد مماطله والمصيبه الان انهم رافضين الاصلاح بحجه انهم صلحوه قبل شهرين ( طيب بضاعتكم جودتها تعبانه ) واجبرتهم وزاره التجاره مشكورين انهم يصينون القطعه )

وكذالك السعر يعتبر مرتفع

The important thing is that they arrived after 45 days and installed the safes, and unfortunately, it became a mistake in the sizes and installed only on its side, and they told me that the amendment will be made and within a week the installation will take place, and a month has passed, no sense and no news
Unfortunately, they are not cooperative and the deal is very bad. I had to complain to the Ministry of Commerce and thankfully they responded to me and installed the locker
After the installation, there was a problem with the hydraulic, followed by the intake door, unfortunately, the quality is very poor
And I filed a maintenance report, by God Almighty, that you treat them very badly
And his procrastination and lies and lack of credibility
The same situation raised a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce
Maintenance was arrived and they fixed the holidays
And they were satisfied, after two months, the ruins were returned like the first hydraulic ones !!! Unfortunately, I complained to the Ministry of Commerce after delaying it, and the disaster is now that they are refusing to reform on the grounds that they reconciled it two months ago (good for your goods, its quality, its pain), and the Ministry of Commerce forced them to thank that they are preserving the piece
