★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تواصل سيء جدا جدا؛ اسبوع كامل مرسل لهم التصميم وأطلب منهم فاتورة عشان يبدون في الشغل ويرد يقول ارسل لك واتس اب وبعدها ما يرد علي!
Very, very bad communication; A whole week I send them the design, and I ask them for an invoice so that they start working, and he replies saying I send you WhatsApp, and then I will reply!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل مع المطبعة. قامو باخذ نص المبلغ وتاخرو ٣ اسابيع على تسليم العينة. عند اكمال العينة لم تكن بجودة وكانت عكس اللي تم الاتفاق عليه ولم يعطي اي اهتمام للامور والتفاصيل اللتي ذكرناها لهم. قررنا عدم الاستمرار معهم وطالبنا بمستحقاتنا لكن لم يسترجعون المبلغ الى الان. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم وذلك لان يتفقون على شي والواقع شي اخر
I do not recommend dealing with the printing press. They took the full amount and were 3 weeks late to deliver the sample. When the sample was completed, it was not of quality and was the opposite of what was agreed upon and did not give any attention to the matters and details that we mentioned to them. We decided not to continue with them and demanded our dues, but they did not get the money back yet. I do not recommend dealing with them, because they agree on something and the reality is something else
