★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه أقل من نجمة عطيتهم ! مماطلة بالتسليم حول الشهرين ! دفعنا المبلغ كامل في تاريخ ٥ مارس ٢٠٢٢ ومباشرة ارسلنا لهم التصاميم وكل اسبوع يقولون لي ماعليك بدايه الاسبوع الجاي تكون جاهزه وانتظر لاحس ولا خبر .. اتصل عليهم مليون اتصال ومايردون واذا ردو انواع المماطلة "ابد ان شاء الله الاسبوع الجاي تكون جاهزه " وعليها .. اخر شي بعد كل هالمماطلة قبل اسبوع بعد ماتعبت من الاتصالات يرد يقولي صار فيه مشكله بالطباعة اللون فيه خطأ بنعيد الطباعه من جديد !! نهاية الاسبوع الجاي بالكثير تكون جاهزة .. طيب اقلها اتصلوا اعتذروا يعني فوق التأخير عدم اهتمام بالعميل !! انتهى الاسبوع وبدا الاسبوع اللي بعده مافي اي اتصال ،، وفوقها اتصل مايردون ! العيب انهم استلموا المبلغ كامل ولا لو لهم باقي مبلغ كان ماسحبوا هالسحبة ، كانت نيتي اسوي المطبوعات بالصين بس قلت هنا اسرع للاسف لو كانت من الصين كان امداها وصلت .. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

A million calls were made to them and they didn’t respond. The last thing after all this procrastination was a week ago, after I got tired of the calls, he replied saying that there was a problem with the printing. The color has an error, so we should re-print again!! Next week, a lot will be ready.. Ok, at least they called and apologized. I mean, above the delay, there is no interest in the customer!! The week ended and the next week began, there was no call, and on top of that, they called what they wanted! The fault is that they received the full amount, and if they had the rest of the amount, they would not have withdrawn this withdrawal, my intention was to settle the publications in China, but I said here is faster, unfortunately, if it was from China, it would have arrived.. God suffices me and the best agent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst experience I have ever had, the snootiest printing production I have ever been to. It is beyond me how unprofessional every single person that works there is, is it possible that it takes them 2-3 days to respond on WhatsApp? Not to mention answering poorly and giving me WRONG quotations ! Unbelievable! I would not suggest this place to anyone that wants to be treated with simple respect, as the man assisting me and I quote said "what was in your brain", how extremely rude and just plain disrespectful to me not only as a lady but as a person. If you want to be disrespected, answered never and poorly, and have your work take forever to finish (in my case an entire month when others finish in a week) then this is definitely your place. I expected so much better from what is supposed to be #1 in riyadh, to me it doesn't even deserve a ranking. I hope you can fix your issues and just treat people with respect for future endeavours.
