★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مطعم جحا وما ادراك ما مطعم جحا. طبعاً من نحن صغار كنا ناكل فيه. من ايام مكة و فرعهم اللي كان في العتيبية.
الفرع دا اللي في الحمدانية مختلف شوية. الصامولي حقو مو زي الفروع الاخرى وصراحة طيب وجودته عالية. اول مرة اخذ في الصحون، جربناها وكانت فكرة جميلة. خصوصاً اخذنا معاها طعمية وبطاطس وعصائرهم الحلوه.
ملاحظات وان شاء الله تفيدهم في التطوير. لو يلزمو على المعلمين يلبسو القفازات في اليدين مو في يد وحدة. ويهتمو في نظافة وترتيب المحل، المغسلة مثلاً يبغالها اهتمام وحدة كانت خربانه عليها كيس. ووحدة شغالة. في حاجة كدا شكلها الدسبلاي حقت الفواكه ما فيها الا برتقال ??. لو يهتمو كمان في تطوير اللوقو ولوحه المحل اللي مافي ?
اخيراً،
المطعم جيد من المطاعم اللي تذكرني بايام الطفولة. ولكن لو مااهتميتو فيه خايف انو يختفي ??. خصوصاً مع المنافسات الشرسة اللي حوليكم. ترى مطعم جحا فيه ميزة رهيبة غير موجودة في غيرو! المعلمين سواءً في ركن الطعمية او الشاورما هما الشو والجوهر وعاملين كدا كاريزما لزيزة.
