★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you call to make a reservation, they always ask you to call after 6 pm for the second shift to be there (no proper communication and handover)
It happened that there was a misunderstanding in the reservation, and sadly the manager was more rude than the staff and instead of fixing the issue and turn it into positive and satisfy the customers, he failed and made it worse
The place is nice, the shishas are good but that has no value if the staff and their Manager have no clue of customer service
