Restaurant services are ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By US standards this hotel would be a disappointment, however, with regards to the other hotels Rabigh has to offer, this is the best of the lot. In short, the rooms, which are oddly laid out, are clean and comfortable. The one point the hotel does shine is their personnel, they are polite, helpful and pleasant, and for anyone who has spent any amount of time in KSA, that is a rarity in itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An average hotel mostly preferred by visitors who have work in Rabigh plant areas. More scope of improvement at Reception area, rooms are of average quality n found used plates n leftovers lying at doorsteps of few rooms on the floor which is not hygienic. Since Rabigh is far from airport n quality of service you get, please keep following up with them well in advance from 1-2 days before checking out. We experienced that even after making necessary arrangements our car was hijacked by some other person staying in hotel. Hence keep on following up to avoid unpleasant surprises.
Few limited choices of hotels at walking distance but found good tea vendor opposite to hotel towards left. Choices at hotel during breakfast is very limited n monotonous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At least this hotel is clean. There is a restaurant with a limited choice and a slow service. There is a limited buffet.
But it is a very good place to stay if you are on a work assignment. Room is done. Food is sufficient. Shower is OK.
I would recommend this hotel for long term stay in Rabigh when working.

Visited the restaurant in the ground floor. The staff was rude and was saying that almost nothing was available and if we wanted anything it will take 30-60 minutes. It as if he didn't want us there.
