J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اليوم كانت زيارتي الأولي له المكان متعوب عليه فخم الخدمه ممتازه تعامل الموظفين قمه في الإحترام والذوق المكان جدا فخم وواسع ورايق وجديد سعر المعسل 80 في المنيو ولاكن جا الموظف وقال فيه بكج عشا مع معسل ب110 ريال العشا تختار نوع من مشويات أو شي ثاني 4 أصناف تقريبا تختار منها واحد كمان تختار من المقبلات واحد اظن كانت 4 أصناف مقبلات ومعاهم ببسي والمعسل عندهم احتفال بعيد الميلاد أو أي مناسبه ثانيه 100 ريال تدفع فقط يحتفلو فيك بالون وتصفيق انت تجيب الكيكه اذا اخذت كيكه كم عندهم تكون قطعه فقط بإذن الله مو المره الاخيره راح تتكرر الزياره لهم شكرا لكم علي التعامل والأكل اللذيذ ? l	loly monte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول شي المكان جميل والاطلاله رائعه وفيه دفء ويذكرك بالاجواء الشاميه صراحه عجبنا كثير ثانيا الاكل منوع وفيه جوده احي الشيف صراحة ويعتبر مطعم أكثر من انو كوفي لانو المقبلات مميزه والاطباق الرئيسيه كمان والعصيرات ..وعندهم كمان عروض عشاء اسعارها حلوه ..بس الكابتشينو كان خفيف ..بس فيه ملاحظه ياريت ياخذو بالهم منها الي ليأخذ الطلبات ويحاسب بيتكلم بأسلوب مو كويس يحتاج دوره تعامل مع الزبائن وكمان يلخبط في الحساب ولمن تكلمه يرد بطريقه غير جيده كانو احنا الي غلطانين مو هوا الزبون يبغا موظف مبتسم والله يشتري كل المحل ...وكمان دورات المياه تحتاج عامله تنظيف باستمرار لوجود روائح فيها...ياريت تهتمو بالملاحظات واحنا نتمنى التوفيق للمكان .. They NEED to provide a hospitality course to their staff or why the struggle? Change the business to laundromat then. One of the staff, a bearded guy, who thinks that customers work for him needs to change his job. Food is not that good, uncooked. We spent a lot of money for nothing! If the restaurant's management didn't respond to my review, I'll escalate the issue to the institute that permitted the restuarant to be functioned.
