1- شاورما لحم مالحة.
2- يقوم العامل بعد تقطيع الشاورما بإستخدام يده بشكل مباشر في تقليب قطع الشاورما بدلاً من الملعقة، وكذلك في نقلها للصاج !!
على الادارة النظر في موضوع النظافة وجودة الأكل.
