بس يحتاج ان صاحبه يبلغ العمال وضع الثلج تمام للسمك لان السمك اوقات يكون الثلج ماتوصله البروده تمام ويطلع طعم وريحه ماتبان الا عند الاكل بالذات من بطن السمك
وأرجو الانتباه للسلطه سو التبريد يجعل لها ريحه
اتمنى له التوفيق والرزق الطيب
