★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أقسم بربي لو فيه اقل من نجمة لاعطيتها. ما اسواكم واسوأ خدمتكم.
لا يوجد اسوأ من ان يقابلك موظف يمعن في إهانتك كعميل ويتعامل مع شكواك من إهماله في تأخير الطلب أولا (اكثر من ٦٠ دقيقة) ثم وصول الطلب ناقصا ثانيا ثم ذهابك له بعد ذلك كله لتطلب استعادة المبلغ للمدفوع وإعادة الطلب نظير هذه الخدمة السيئة لتسمع "ياعمي رجع له فلوسه،.... ".
انا جار المطعم منذ فتح، من سنين، وفي كل مرة نطلب تمر بتجربة أسوأ من السيئة، لا صراخ الموظفين على بعضهم ولا دمهم البارد في الخدمة ولا أخطاؤهم المتكررة. هذا في الجانب السيء.
الجانب الإيجابي: طعم الأكل لا باس به.

I have been a neighbor of the restaurant since it opened, years ago, and every time we order it has a worse than bad experience, neither the staff shouting at each other nor their cold blood in the service nor their repeated mistakes. This is on the bad side.
The positive side: the taste of the food is not bad.

Very bad packaging. The minced and cheese are stuck on the packing. It’s only the crust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه أقل من نجمة عطيتهم الموضفين المصري مرتين يكذبون علي مره اتصلت وطلبت وقالولي ١٠ دقايق وجيتهم بعد ١٠ دقايق ماسوا الطلب وكنسل
المره الثانية بعد كم شهر دقيت وطلبت وقلت لهم كم ياخذ وقت قالي ١٠ ولا خليها ربع ساعة قلت مافي مشكلة مارحت لهم إلا بعد ١٨ دقيقه تقريبا اكثر من الوقت الي عطاني وبالأخير ماسوى الطلب يقول الحين اسويلك قسم بالله قمت الكذب وعدم احترام العميل...ابي اعرف صاحب الحلال وينه عنهم
