غير البقية الذين يضعون السلطة والبطاطس في الصحن بيده ولو كان لابسًا للقفاز ولكنه يمسك ملابسه ويحمل الأدوات ويمسح الطاولة ووو كان الأولى أن يحمل الطعام بمقابض خاصة لذلك.
