★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily one of the best places to go when you're in Balad. This place focuses only on Ras Maaz i.e. Steamed Goat's Head. It's a good mix of tender meat and fatty bits. Just a bit of lemon and bite of onion and you'll have the best bite of this wonderful delicacy in Balad. The staff are super friendly.
