★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience here today. I gave order for Borma Lahem and Magby rice with Chicken because a friend recommended. I was very excited but every time I went to ask at the counter he said there is delay. After 45 min I went to the unconcerned sales person they took my receipt and said it would take 20 more min. I was very upset as my family was waiting in the car. I asked them to cancel the order but they started tossing and turning in arabic. Then when I got really anxious they canceled the order. The whole experience was very inferiorating but what can we do here.

Casher is just a position to take your money, but actually he does listen to what you are saying.
Overall experience : annoying ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is delisous but meet bortions is little in comparsion to the hogh price of meet meals. The service is very slow it took me more than 20 minutes for the waiter to give me my left overs as takeaway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit over rated to be honest, I don't know if we went at rush hour, it was crowded and hot, the food was good, I give it an overall rating of 7/10, they can do a better job with the rice which I rate at 6/10, the meat was 8/10, the prices are a bit high but still within a reasonable price range for the food.
Yes, I would go back again, but I hope they can provide the food faster the next time haha.
