انا متعامل معهم بالاتصال بامكان اي شخص يتصل قبل الوصول بربع ساعه وطلب نوع السمك الذي يريده وهو يقوم بشراءه وقليه ان لم يكن موجود عنده .
غالبا عنده شعور وهامور جاهز للقلي ويختار السمك الجديد الكويس
