★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ذات نهار كُنت جائعًا ونفسي تطلب البخاري، لكن كانت عندي تجارب سيئة للبخاري من مطاعم الحي، ولا اعلم ماذا افعل...
استشرت واستشرت واستشرت..
واتت اللحظة الحاسمة ان ادخل هذا المطعم واجرب دجاج الشواية ودجاج على الفحم والرز البرياني، وقفت امام المطعم، وكلي حيره لماذا الزبائن يمدحونه، دخلت المطعم..
الا يستقبلني عامل بإسلوبه الرائع والجذاب وطلبت طلباتي السابقة، وبينما انتظر طلبي الا يشدني شي اخر الا وهو نظافة المطعم، اكاد اجزم انه انظف مطعم بالحي، بل من انظف محلات البخاري بجدة،
استلمت طلبي وودعني الموظف ب ابتسامة كأنها تقول: بالعافية سوف تأتيني عدة مرات وتكرر التجربة، دخلت المنزل مسرعًا.. فرشت السفرة وكلي شوق ان اعرف طعم هذا المطعم، عندما اكلت اول لقمة من الارز البرياني والدجاج الشواية كانت الصدمة...
ان الاكل لذيذ جدا?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة المطعم اول كان الاكل لذيذ والبرياني في قمة اللذاذة وبهارات الدجاج كانت فناااااانه
وفجأه تغيروا العمال وتغير الأكل حتى بهارات الدجاج مو نفسها والطحينة بدون ملح
اتمنى منكم انكم ترجعون الجوده مثل اول

Suddenly they changed the workers and the food changed even the chicken spices are not the same and the tahini is without salt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما شاء الله الاكل ممتاز وما يميزه الدجاج دجاج مبرد طازه وليس الدجاج المجمد البرازيلي هنا الفرق . الله يبارك لهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أفضل مطاعم في بريمان من ناحية البخاري و البرياني كل شي جديد عندهم دجاج مبرد وطحينه لذيذة ماشاء الله عليهم ابتسامة الموظفين حلو جدا
One of the best restaurants in Breiman in terms of Bukhari and Biryani. Everything is new. They have chilled chicken and delicious flour, God willing. The smile of the staff is very sweet.

الرز البخاري عنده رائع ورغم أني ما أحب دجاج الشواية لكن من هالمطعم خصوصًا أعجبتني
