★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic West African food. The menu is simple, you can only choose between beef, chicken, or fish Suya (here, it's pronounced see-ray-h). Suya is a thinly sliced meat marinated in mixed spices and then grilled. The food is served with pepper powder, raw onions, lemon, and a piece of bread. It was my first time trying Suya and it won't be my last.
