The rice is white (Biryani) and red (Bukhari) the rice is dry without fat and the right spice taste

I visited the restaurant on 05/21/2022 and the seasoning had a moldy layer on it, and I ask the worker to say black pepper!!!

المطعم نظيف وديكوره ممتاز
طلبت دجاج على الفحم ورز بخاري والطعم ممتاز
وان شاء الله ارجع له مره ثانيه
عنده ثلاثه انواع رز
رز بخاري
رز مبهر (سبايسي)
رز ابيض
Chef Al-Hejaz Al-Bukhari Restaurant is located on Al-Urubah Road, and the restaurant is new, two months from the time of opening
The restaurant is clean and well decorated
I ordered chicken on charcoal and bukhari rice and the taste is excellent
And, God willing, I will return to him again
He has three types of rice
steam rice
Spicy rice (spicy)
White rice
