★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المستشفي ممتازة وامكانياتها جبارة الله يعز حكومتنا الي ما قصرت والدكاترة رائعين وفي قمة الأخلاق والرحمة والتعاطف مع المريض وكذلك طاقم التمريض ودودين لكن مع الاسف كان عندنا موعد اشعة مقطعية ولما وصلنا مركز العيادات قالو مو عندنا الاشعة في قسم الاورام وخرجنا رحنا قسم الاورام وطبعا الوالدة الله يطول بعمرها ويعطيها الصحة والعافية ما تقدر تمشي مسافات طويلة دخت ع مالقيت لها كرسي متحرك ووصلنا قسم الاورام قالي الموظف مو عندنا بقسم القلب وطبعا قسم القلب جدا بعيد مسافة ٥ دقايق بالسيارة والله يسامحه قال اتصلنا عليكم نبغا نبلغكم انو المكان اتغير وما احد رد قلت طيب المفروض تعيد الاتصال او ترسل رسالة لكن مع الاسف مافي اهتمام
رحنا مركز القلب وتهنا علي ما وصلنا ونتفاجأ بعدم وجود كراسي متحركة والمسافة جدا بعيدة
قسم الاشعة اخر المركز والله مسكينة الوالدة اتبهدلت ع ما وصلت للقسم
مركز كبير بمؤهلات رائعة مافيه غير ٣ كراسي متحركة مع الاسف
بعد ما جا دور الوالدة في الاشعة تركتها ورحت ادور على كرسي والحمدلله لقيت بس كان جدا متهالك لكن ولله الحمد ادى الغرض وقدرت ارجعها للسيارة بيه
القسم النسائي بالصيدلية تعاملهم جدا سئ ويطولو في صرف الادوية ويجلسو يتكلمو مع بعض على حساب المريض الي مل من كثر الانتظار مع انو كان المفروض انها احتياجات خاصة ولها تعامل خاص لكن مع الاسف ٣ ارقامهم كانت بعدنا ومشوهم قبلنا
 The hospital is excellent and its capabilities are great. God cherishes our government for what it has failed to do. The doctors are wonderful and at the top of morals, mercy and sympathy with the patient, as well as the nursing staff are friendly, but unfortunately we had an appointment for a CT scan and when we arrived at the clinics, they said we did not have X-rays in the oncology department and we went out to the oncology department and of course the mother, may God be long At her age and gives her health and wellness, she can't walk long distances. I entered a wheelchair and got to the oncology department. The employee said we don't have the cardiology department, and of course the cardiology department is very far away, 5 minutes away by car, and God forgives him. Call or send a message, but unfortunately, no interest
We went to the heart center and were so happy for what we arrived at, and we were surprised that there are no wheelchairs and the distance is very far
The radiology department is at the end of the center. I swear to God, the poor mother has been stunned when she reached the department

After the mother’s role in the x-ray came, I left her and went around on a chair, and thank God I found it, but it was very worn out, but thank God it did the job and I was able to take her back to the car with him.
The women’s department in the pharmacy treats them very badly and takes long to dispense medicines and sit and talk to each other at the expense of the patient who is tired of waiting, even though they were supposed to have special needs and have a special treatment, but unfortunately 3 of their numbers were after us and distorted them before us

سهولة في تقديم الطلب والرد عليكم علي النظام.
مع كثرت المراقف تجد صعوبة في الحصول علي موقف في غير اوقات الزيارة..
