★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DMAFH is one of the best hospitals in Riyadh. Doctors , nurses and all other staff is very polite and nice to the patients.
Specially we were really surprised to meet Dr. Aliya Khan in OB GYN, She is very professional, polite and kind to her patients. She answered all our questions , cleared all our doubts and we felt like we were in safe hands.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the first time I visited the hospital. (Ob-Gyn)
Thankfully it is covering a lot insurance( ours is Tawuniya ) and the approvals are quick. It was not crowded and the staff are very helpful. My appointment was with Dr. Aliya Khan and she is one of the kindest and most competent doctor I have met here since I have been living in Riyadh for the past 10 years.
I would definitely recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service was excellent. The only disappointing element was that I am yet to receive a refund from the hospital. I paid with cash and despite multiple trips to the hospital to receive my refund, running around from department to department, I still haven't received anything from them. It is extremely disappointing, inconvenient and rather unprofessional that they have taken so long to return this after their acknowledging that the refund should be paid relatively soon.

Everyone is nice and helpful as someone who would never go back to hospital with even one rude employee i can honestly say this is the best so far! Let along the professional doctors and nurses!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience wasn’t that good. One nurse in Emergency department was noisy in resection yelling all time. I could not rest, and I believe other patients were feeling the same.
In Addition as you see in picture, she was rough in putting the needle. 0 star for her.
The hospital services in general are OK. The doctors and receptionist in emergency were awesome. 5 star for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital very clean and fast service. The doctor give you all the time you need to take him through your symptoms. And the nurses were very helpful and supportive.
One minor thing the room was cool however I blame it on my call fever.

Emergency section -5 star
After birth care - 5 star
They also provided companion's food including the patient.
They provided lactation consultant
Overall well behaved staff, neat hospital.
In all the aspects they were outstanding.
