★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركز سيء ... موظفات الاستقبال غير متعاونات للاسف امس كنت عندهم عند دكتور الاطفال والدكتور فاضي وقعدوني تص ساعه بدون ماادخل للعياده بسبب الاستقبال مو راضين يطلعون الملف !! وين الاداره

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طبيب الأسنان د. عمر الشيخ . من أفضل وأقدم وأشهر أطباء الأسنان في الرياض . يعمل بإخلاص وأخلاقه عالية . كان يعمل بعيادات بشمال الرياض لسنوات طويلة. انتقل منذ خمس سنوات لمجمع العارض.
قام بعلاج العصب والحشو لاحد اسناني منذ ١٨سنة بمجمع عيادات شمال الرياض وحتى الآن يعمل السن بكفاءة .
تعرض أحد اسناني منذ سنة الى التسوس وعالجته لدى طبيب اخر معروف ولكنه لم يوفق في علاجي. وبعد عناء وبحث عن الطبيب عمر الشيخ وجدته في مجمع العارض
منذ ايام زرت الطبيب لعلاج سن اخر وما شاء الله عليه مهارة وخفت يد ممتازة. انصح بعلاج أسنانك لديه دون تردد ...
اما المجمع الطبي لا يوجد أي ملاحظة لأني لم أجرب باقي العيادات.
Dentist d. Omar Sheikh. One of the best, oldest and most famous dentists in Riyadh. He works with sincerity and high morals. He worked in clinics in northern Riyadh for many years. Five years ago he moved to the exhibitor complex.
He treated nerve and dental filling for 18 years ago in the clinic complex north of Riyadh and until now the tooth has been working efficiently.
One year ago, one of my teeth underwent cavities and treated him with another well-known doctor, but he was unsuccessful in my treatment. After trouble and search for a doctor Omar Sheikh and found him in the exhibitor complex
Days ago, I visited the doctor to treat another tooth, and God willing, he had skill, and an excellent hand was scared. I advise treating your teeth without hesitation ...
As for the medical complex, there is no note because I did not try the other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المستوصف صغير نوعا ما ، يوجد لديهم مختبر للتحاليل وبعض العيادات ، الباطنية و الأسنان ، لاكن يوجد طبيب عيون . ذهبت لعيادة الأسنان وتم علاجي عند الدكتور عمر و شغله ممتاز ، لاكن لايوجد لديهم خبير تقويم فقط باقي مشاكل الاسنان .
The clinic is rather small, they have an analysis laboratory and some clinics, internists and dentists, but there is an ophthalmologist. I went to the dental clinic and I was treated by Dr. Omar and his job is excellent, but they do not have an orthodontist, just the rest of the dental problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستوصف سيئ جداً والموظفين باردين وبجيحين ما انصحكم تروحون المستوصف ابداً وفر وقتك وشوف مستوصف غيره لي ان المستوصف ذا ماراح يفيدك ابد
The dispensary is very bad, the staff are cold, and they will not advise you to go to the dispensary at all. Save your time and see another dispensary for me. The dispensary will never benefit you.

الدكتور ياسر خبرته ممتازه ومصداقيته عاليه ومايفكر بالماده، يعطيك الي تحتاجه فقط بدون استغلال مادي واسلوبه مريح جدا الله يعطيه العافيه.
بخصوص الميزان ابداً مو كويس ومو مناسب لقياس الوزن، يعطي قراءة مختلفه وغير دقيق.
الاستقبال ينقصهم بعض الخبره والاحساس بالمريض والاستعجال معه وعدم التأخر عليه + مايردون على المكالمات ابداً مااعرف شفايدة وضع الرقم والاستقبال غير فعالين مايردون على الاتصالات ابدا كذا مره اتصل مايجيبون حتى التحويلات مايتم الرد عليها، لازم تفعيل هالشيء عشان المريض ما يتعنى عالفاضي او يكون عنده سؤال معين مايحتاج يروح ويمسك خط عشان مجرد سؤال واستفسار.
الدكتوره السودانيه نسيت اسمها بصراحة، الله يسعدها اسلوبها حلو وتريح المريض بكلامها تحتويه وتفهمه حالته بكل بساطه وتبسط له الموضوع بدون تخويف.
ولكن عتبي على نقطة معينه ومااحب اني اذكرها لسبب معين.
ولكن بشكل عام تعاملها جيد الله يجزاها خير.
The clinic is very good
Dr. Yasser has excellent experience and high credibility and he does not think about the material, he gives you only what you need without financial exploitation and his style is very comfortable, may God give him wellness.
Regarding the scale, it is never good and not suitable for measuring weight. It gives a different and inaccurate reading.
The receptionists lack some experience and a sense of the patient, urgency with him and not being late for him + they never answer the calls, I don’t know how to put the number and the reception is ineffective, they never answer calls, and they never answer, even the transfers are not answered. He doesn't need to go and catch a line because it's just a question and inquiry.
The Sudanese doctor frankly forgot her name. God is pleased with her sweet style and comforts the patient with her words that contain him and understand his condition simply and simplify the matter for him without intimidation.
But I blame a certain point and I don't like to mention it for a specific reason.
But in general, her treatment is good, may God reward her with good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة التمريض سيئه لا ترافق المريض لأستكمال الخدمات يتم مرافقته من اجل الدفع فقط !!!
ثم تبلغك ان تذهب للمختبر وتسال هناك !!!
ذهبت للمختبر انتظرت ولم اجد احد اضطررت للمناده كي تحضر الى الفنيه وسلمتني المطلوب وبعد ان انتظرت ظهور النتائج لا تتعب نفسها وتسلم التمريض النتيجه اظهرت راسها من الباب وعادت وصرخت باسمي كي احضر لتسلمني نتيجه التحليل ؟! لا يمكنها السير 3 امتار لتسليم التمريض النتيجه !!!
توجهت للممرضه كي اسلمها النتيجه بعد استلامي لها كي تبلغ الطبيبه لاتفاجا بقولها لي روح روح جوى !؟!؟!؟
مالذي سوف يحدث لو نهضت واخذت لي اذن من الطبيبه كي ادخل ، هل يقبل اي شخص داخل العياده الدخول عليه بدون ان يتم اشعاره من قبل الممرضه لماذا هذا التسيب ويمكنكم سؤال موظفه الاستقبال لقد جادلتني الممرضه امامها ولم تعطني اي فرصه للتحدث مع العلم اتحدث اللغه الإنجليزية بطلاقه
لماذا هذا التسيب ماهذه الخدمه السيئه انا اتابع لديكم منذ ان كان عمري 7 سنوات هل هكذا يتم تقدير عملاء المستوصف

I went to the nurse to hand her the result after I received her so that she would inform the doctor. She was not surprised when she told me the soul of Joy's soul!?!?!
What would happen if I got up and took permission from the doctor to enter? Will anyone inside the clinic accept him without being notified by the nurse why this idleness and you can ask the receptionist?
Why is this idleness? What is this bad service? I have been following you since I was 7 years old. Is this how the clients of the clinic are appreciated?
