★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريت من عندهم كفرات للاسف الشديد أسوأ من السئ شريت طقم اربع كفرات وخرب معي كفر ورفعوا تقرير سي جداً الضمان نعرفه لايشمل الصعرره ولا التحبيل وكفري لاصعرر ولاحبل لكن بيننا وزارة التجارة ولوفيه اقل من نجمه وضعته لكم انتم لاشئ المشكلة مالي شهر مركبهن تم شراهن من القصيم بريدة شركة سيئة جدا والضمان اي كلام ولاهمم الزبون ومرمطه حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل عليكم وبإذن الله ارفع شكوى عليكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة العملاء جدا سيئه, تم شراء الكفرات اولاين وبعد كم شهر كلها رجه واصوات, واحاول اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء وكل واحد يعطيك رقم تتواصل معاه ولا احد يرفع, واذا رفع يصرفك, وصلت الاسبوع الثالث, ولاشفت رد منهم. تجربة سيئة جدا بالنسبة لشركة كبيره ومعروفه, ولا انصح بها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سوء تعامل من الورع السفيه عبدالله عواجي كذااااب كذاب ماهو صادق في تعامله مع العملاء بتظاهره انه مشغول وانه في اجتماع وبعد اربع ايام تواصلت معاه اساله عن التقرير الذي من المفترض يقوم بإرساله للعميل وفي أول اتصال قال الإن بس اوصل المكتب وأرسله هاذا الكلام العصر وبعد صلاة المغرب اتصلت فييين التقرير ماارسلته قالي الآن ارسله
ولا ارسله واتصلت عليه كم مره ولم يرد علي ...عرفت انه كذاب ويعكس صورة على ادارتهم كاذبه وسأقوم بإرسال إيميل بإذن واحد أحد على كوريا لكي يعرفو انهم كاذبون
