ولوفيه اقل من نجمه اعطيتهم ولا انصح بشده بالتعامل معهم
الشركات الناشئه افضل منهم بمراحل امثال زاجل والصاعدي وغيرها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اغلب المندوبين غير محترفين وليس لديهم القدرة على التواصل ولا يفهمون كلام العميل. ارسل للمندوب من الصباح بدري التفاصيل باللغتين العربية والانجليزية واتصل افهمه وبعدها بكم ساعة يروح لمكان مختلف. واتصل اشتكي يرفعوا طلب لا ينظر اليه ويهمش العميل وشكواه وطلبه لانه لا يوجد عقوبه على الشركة والمندوب.
Most of the representatives are unprofessional and do not have the ability to communicate and do not understand the client's words. Send to the representative from the morning as soon as possible the details in both Arabic and English and call him, I understand him, and then in how many hours he goes to a different place. He called and complained. They raise a request that is not seen and marginalizes the customer, his complaint and his request, because there is no penalty for the company and the representative.

طلبت من البن بطاقة فيزة عشان راح اسافر
تواصلوا معي ارمكس عشان وقت التوصيل وعرضوا علي الاوقات واخترت واحد منها
بعدها اتفاجاء ان البطاقة ما وصلتني الا بعد ما رجعت من السفر
وتواصلت معاهم وتضاربت معاهم بالتويتر لا تعويض ولا اسلوب تعامل
شركة لا انصح بها ??
- غير دقيقين بالوقت
- لا يوصد موظف يرد عليك في الخدمة الهاتفيه
وعدوني يوصلوا الشحنة 5/مارس ووصلتني 21/مارس ☻
One of the worst shipping companies to deal with
I asked the coffee for a visa card to travel
They contacted me Aramex for the delivery time and they showed me the times and I chose one of them
Then I was surprised that I did not receive the card until after I came back from travel
I communicated with them and conflicted with them on Twitter, there is no compensation or treatment method
A company I do not recommend
Not accurate in time
- Do not block an employee who answers you in the phone service
They promised me they would deliver the shipment on March 5th and I got it on March 21st ☻
