تم شراء مكيف جري وبعد تركيبه بتاريخ 10/ 5 / 2021 وجدناه لايعمل وذكر فني التركيب ان المكيف عطلان وفيه مشكله ويحتاج لاستبدال وتم التواصل مع المسؤولين بفرع الصندوق الاسود وللأسف الشديد لم اجد اي تجاوب وتم الاتصال على خدمة العملاء وتم تصريفي ولم اجد اي تجاوب حتى اليوم وحضرت الشركة الأساسية واكدت وجود عطل في المكيف وحتى اليوم لايوجد اي تجاوب حسبي الله عليكم
Very very very poor service
A running air conditioner was purchased and after it was installed on 5/10/2021, we found it not working, and the installation technician mentioned that the air conditioner is broken and has a problem and needs to be replaced. We contacted the officials in the black box branch. Unfortunately, I did not find any response. The main company attended and confirmed that the air conditioner had malfunction, and to this day there is no response, may God be for you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تبي كرونا تجيك ادخل عندهم لا كمامات ولة معقمات حتى جيت اغسل يدي ما عندهم مناديل السوداني يقولي صاحب الشركة يبي يوفر وش نسوي و مستودع وسخ واسلوب وسخ لا يحترمون العميل المصاريه يصرفونك يرسلونك مكتب عند سودانية قالبينها سوالف وريحة المكتب اكل وعفانة ويكلمونك من خشمهم ويصرفونك على المصري والمصري يصرفك على العمال والعمال اقعد ادورهم اسلوب وسخ شافني شخص محترم استغربت انه شغال عندهم فزع لي الله يجزاه خير.
وغير كذا أسعارهم غاليه اليوم اشوف عند غيرهم أرخص بواجد لا تستعجلون وتشترون من عندهم والتوصيل عندهم سيئ يتأخرون.
