★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, their level of unprofessionalism is sickening. Horrible system, inflexible delivery times, unprofessional staff - they tick all the boxes of A BAD, UNRELIABLE SERVICE. God forbid you are not available at home in the daytime, you can forget about getting any water that day - delivery time slot is unreasonable!!! Online orders get 'lost in the system', or don't show the details of what you ordered!!!! WHAT???!!! It makes me feel like I'm dealing with a company that operates in a remote village !! IN SHORT, GOOD WATER IN BAD HANDS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am shocked they are still in business. Apart from the water being mediocre in my opinion, they have the absolutely worst delivery capability and network of any business in the kingdom. Post covid, every business has boosted its delivery game ... except "River water company". Why they are still the agents of Nestle just eludes me, when there so many up and coming companies out there. I have 10 coupons left, which I am throwing in the garbage because I have not received water in 3 weeks ... e ery morning I talk to the customer call ladies...

WhatsApp option not professional enough to provide good service and sort out issue.
One week till today didn’t deliver water and they asked to go to sales point and I’m out of Jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insane that they were in business for years. They have gone completely radio silent for over two weeks. No prior notice. No offer for refund for the tickets. No answer to their telephone.
Their service was garbage even before this. They would constantly miss delivery weeks and the delivery guy would tell me he doesn’t want to deliver more than two bottles!! Prices were increased multiple times above that! Customer service is useless and now non existent!
Possibly one of the worst companies in the history of this city.
