تتصل عليه يقول بروح المصنع واسجل طلبتيك واكلمك
ولايرد على الاتصالات بعدها
ولما يرد ويعطيك موعد توصيل مايجيب لك الطلبية
وبعدها مايرد عليك وفوق هذا يعطيك مشغول.
اتمنى إعفاء هذا الرجل من مسؤلياته لانه يسيء للمصنع
I have a bad experience with them which is what they include

And then it gets back to you and above that gives you busy.
I hope this man will be relieved of his responsibilities because he is harming the factory
