★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المسلخ بحاجة إلى تنظيم وترتيب أكثر مو معقول يمشي على مبدأ من سبق لبق دون التقيد بأرقام السره ومنظر الزبائن كل زبون ماسك ذبيحته عند باب المسلخ من المفترض يكون هناك ترتيب وتخصيص عامل لتنزيل الذبيحة من السيارة ومن ثم الإلتزام بأرقام السره
The slaughterhouse needs to be organized and arranged more. It is not reasonable to walk on the principle of being tactful without being bound by the family numbers and the view of the customers. Each customer holds his carcass at the door of the slaughterhouse. There is supposed to be an arrangement and allocating a worker to download the carcass from the car and then adhere to the family numbers

١- العمال ليس الجميع لديه الأمانه
٢- العماله الجديده يدربو على ذبائح الزبائن لذلك لاتستحي واطلب تغيير العامل لأن ذبيحتك بفلوس ماهي صدقه تخلي العمال يخربوها لك
٣- وقت السلخ والتقطيع راقب العماله جيداً لأنهم يستغفلونك ولا بتروح عليك بعض قطع اللحم وسبق وقد حصل معي عامل يرمي جزء من اللحمه في برميل المخلفات الذي بجانبه وقد عاقبته
وزيارة اخرى عند التقطيع يرمي بجزء كبير عشان يستغفلك وايضاً واجهت العامل واخبرني انه نفسه في بعض اللحم فقلت له اطلبني ولكن لا تستغفلني ولا تسرقني !
يرجى منكم يا أخوان مراقبة العمال جيداً
