العمارة هي مجمع الرصيص التجاري
 Nice service, but for the record, they are inside the building on the second floor, many of us cross, thinking they are on a street.

لن أشتري لابتوب msi مره أخرى بسبب الوكيل:
1- minimum charge سعر إستلام الجهاز (يسمونه الكشف) 287 !! مبلغ كبير جدا ويحسب جزء من قيمة الصيانة لو وافقت تسوي عندهم
2- مدة الصيانة على الأقل أسبوع. فقط أحتجت تغيير المروحة لكن للأسف لا يوجد عدد كافي من الفنيين, واللابتوبات من كثرتها مرصوصة في كراتين خصوصا الي جايه من برا الرياض لأن الصيانة فقط بالرياض. شي غريب لابتوبات غالية فوق بعضها في كراتين
3- القطع محتكرة لديهم. طلبت من الموظف أي طريقة لشراء المروحة و أغيرها في أي محل صيانة خلال نصف ساعة المحلات يغيرونها بدال الإنتظار أسبوع. جاوب أنه لا يوجد منفذ لبيع قطع الأجهزة في السعودية, بالتالي الزبون مجبور يتعامل مع الوكالة بالسعر الغالي والإنتظار الطويل.
