★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعض التعليقات برأيي فيها إجحاف ، زميلي و بمكانة أخي اشترى من المشروع الله يبارك له ويجعلها عين الخيرة ، حقيقة كل ما فيه جميل جودة البناء عالية فأستغرب من الي يقول كرتونية لا أحد يجعل بذمته شيء و يغرر بأخوانه المسلمين عندك ملاحظة مستند فيها على معلومة اذكرها ، و الثمن مقارنة بسعر السوق ممتاز .
يعيبه فقط المسافة بعيد عن وسط الرياض و كذلك صعوبة التغيير في التصميم بسبب أن البناء من الألواح الخرسانية و راح تفقد الضمانات إذا غيرت فيه.
