مع احترامي وتقديري لكل العاملين بشركة الصفقه الماسيه ولكن يلاحظ وجود تأخير غير مفهوم سببه في مشاريعكم .قمنا بشراء ٦ شقق تحت الانشاء وتوقيع العقد للشقق في مخطط سندس قبل اكثر من شهرين ونصف وقمنا بدفع المبلغ كاملا. وحتى الان لم يتم البدء في البناء وعند السؤال عنكم وجدنا نفس الملاحظه لدى من تم سؤالهم من عملائكم. وهذا التأخير في مشاريعكم اعطى سمعه سيئه للشركه. الشركات الاخرى المنافسه لكم ومشاريعها بجواركم وصلت الى الدور الثالث وانتم الى الان لم تبدؤو !! . هل وضعتم في حساباتكم الغرامات الماليه الكبيره المترتبه عليكم تجاه من قامو بشراء شقق من خلالكم بسبب التأخر في تسليمكم للشقق !! عليكم العمل بجديه لتغيير هذه الصوره السلبيه التي وصلت الى عملائكم والالتزام بتسليم الشقق وفق العقود الموقعه معكم. وشكرا.
