★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نأمل أن يتلافى مشروع النرجس فيو الملاحظات السابقة بمشروع ديار السعد بالرياض وواحة الخميس بخميس مشيط من ناحية تصميم النوافذ خطيرة على الأطفال وكذلك مظهر النوافذ سيء مقارنة بمشروع إشراق ليفنق وكذلك من الملاحظات استخدام بلاط أرضية غير جيد المظهر وخامته رخيصة أذهب جمال تصميم الفيلا وعدم الاحترافية في استغلال سطح الفيلا في مشروع ديار السعد من ناحية تخصيص السطح الصغير للتسليك الداخلي ومكيفات السبلت وخزان الماء وإفراغ السطح الكبير من أي تسليك ومكيفات السبلت ومن أي خزان ماء بهدف الاستفادة من السطح الكبير في وضع بيت شعر أو كراسي وطاولات أو ساحات لعب الأطفال..نأمل من شركة الراشد إلا تخيب ظن من أشترى الفلل كما خاب ظن من سبق أمتلاك فلل ديار السعد وواحة الخميس..حان الوقت لتغير شركة الراشد الانطباع للأفضل عن مشاريعها في مشروع النرجس فيو القادم ويكون دافع لها في القيام بمشاريع ضخمة ذات جودة عالية في الفترة الحالية لمشاريع وزارة الإسكان بعد التوسع في مشاريع الوزارة وفي النهاية سمعة جيدة للشركة والشركة تحرص على الأرباح ولن تستمر الارباح حتى تستمر السمعة الحسنة من المشاريع السابقة قبل الحديثة
