★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أثنى الله سبحانه على من يعمر مساجده فقال: {إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَلَمْ يَخْشَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ فَعَسَى أُولَئِكَ أَنْ يَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِينَ}، وإن من عمارة المساجد إقامتها، وترميمها وتعاهدها وصيانتها، ويدخل هذا الفعل أيضا في الصدقة الجارية، ولو كانت المشاركة بمبلغ قليل، ويدل على ذلك ما ورد في الحديث. فعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ مِمَّا يَلْحَقُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ وَحَسَنَاتِهِ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ عِلْمًا عَلَّمَهُ وَنَشَرَهُ، وَوَلَدًا صَالِحًا تَرَكَهُ، وَمُصْحَفًا وَرَّثَهُ، أَوْ مَسْجِدًا بَنَاهُ، أَوْ بَيْتًا لِابْنِ السَّبِيلِ بَنَاهُ، أَوْ نَهْرًا أَجْرَاهُ، أَوْ صَدَقَةً أَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ مَالِهِ فِي صِحَّتِهِ وَحَيَاتِهِ يَلْحَقُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهِ» (رواه ابن ماجه وحسنه الألباني). ومن فضل الإنفاق على المساجد وتعميرها والمساهمة في استمرارها وبنائها ماورد عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لِلَّهِ كَمَفْحَصِ قَطَاةٍ أَوْ أَصْغَرَ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ» (رواه ابن ماجه وصححه الألباني). قال السندي في شرحه لابن ماجه: وقَوْله: كَمَفْحَصِ قَطَاة. هُوَ مَوْضِعهَا الَّذِي تُخَيِّم فِيهِ وَتَبِيض لِأَنَّهَا تَفْحَص عَنْهُ التُّرَاب، وَهَذَا مَذْكُور لِإِفَادَةِ الْمُبَالَغَة فِي الصِّغَر وَإِلَّا فَأَقَلّ الْمَسْجِد أَنْ يَكُون مَوْضِعًا لِصَلَاةِ وَاحِدٍ.

And the virtue of spending on mosques and its reconstruction and contribution to its continuation and construction. Al-Sindi said in his explanation of Ibn Majah: And his saying: is like examining a cat. It is located in which it is enclosed and bleaching because it examines the dirt, and this is mentioned to inform the overlap in the small or if the mosque is to be placed for one prayer.
