★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت أتمنى أن أرى الأئمة في المساجد كلهم سعوديين لأنهم هم أبناء الطائف لكن من المؤسف أن كثيرا من الأئمة بورميين أو أثيوبيين لا يحسنون مخارج الحروف ويلحنون في التلاوة هذا مؤسف حتى عندما يؤم الناس سعودي يستمر فترة من الأيام ثم يوكل أجنبيا" لا يحسن قراءة القرآن هذا رأيته في الواسط كثيرا أضف لذلك أن الأوقاف غير مهتمة بالإمامة والخطابة إن كثيرا" من الأئمة والخطباء ومنظفي دورات المياه المسؤول عن رواتبهم هم أهل الحي يعني المصلين يتعاونون ليدفعوا رواتبهم ومكافآتهم وهذا إهمال من الأوقاف وتجاهل لواجبها
I would have liked to see imams in mosques, all of them are Saudis because they are the sons of Taif, but it is unfortunate that many of the imams are Burmese or Ethiopians who do not know how to pronounce the letters and compose in the recitation. I saw him in al-Wasit a lot. Add to that that the endowments are not interested in imams and rhetoric. Many of the imams, preachers and toilet cleaners responsible for their salaries are the people of the neighborhood, meaning the worshipers cooperate to pay their salaries and rewards. This is a neglect of the endowments and a disregard for their duties.
