سعى في بناءه واجتهد في ذلك و كان مؤذن وإمام له وكان يسكن في الحي تلك الفترة عوائل كثيره واكثرهم انتقلوا الى احياء اخرى ومنهم من هو موجود الى هذا الوقت ك: عائلة اللحيدان و عائلة الجربوع و عائله المكينزي وعائلة العمرو و عائلة النعيم عائلة الحمادي وعائلة العواد وعائلة الشنان وعائلة الجبيري وعائلة الربيعه و عائلة الهداب و عائلة الصفدي وعائلة الطريف وعائلة الديري وعائلة الصهيل و عائلة البريدي والبواردي والسليمان و عائلة الغيث و عائله الحميد وعائلة ابو وليد الرويشد و عائله الحماد و عائله الخليفي و عائلة الخنيني والعبيد وأبا الخيل والزامل و البهلال والشجاع الجهني والبابطين
