يحمل المسجد اسم (إنسان) من أعظم رجالات أشيقر في العصامية والعطاء،
علي الضويان رحمه الله اسم تُعطّر بذكره المجالس ويتعجب لسيرته المستمعون.
ربّما يطوف في أشيقر فيصادف شخصا ويسأله عن حاله ثم يعطيه 10 آلاف ريال هدية.
وعطاؤه ممتد لسائر الجزيرة العربية ومستمر بأوقافه المباركة.

The mosque is in the center of Ushaiger, between the old and new neighborhoods.
The mosque bears the name (Insan), one of the greatest men of Ushaiqer in self-taught and giving.
Ali Al-Dowayan, may God have mercy on him, is a name that is fragrant with his remembrance of the gatherings, and the listeners wonder at his biography.
Perhaps he goes around Ushaiqer, encounters a person, asks him how he is, and then gives him 10 thousand riyals as a gift.
And his giving extends to the rest of the Arabian Peninsula and continues with his blessed endowments.
